Description
This impressionist digital artwork was created in several steps. The artist's own photograph of sand dunes at West Wittering beach in Sussex was used as the back drop in the 3D graphics program, DAZ 3D. The figures and props were positioned in the scene and the lighting selected to match the lighting and shadows in the backdrop photograph. After the scene had been rendered in DAZ 3D, the resulting image was processed in Topaz Impression to give it a painterly look and feel. Finally, a texture was added and blended in Photoshop Elements.
