Tomball area artist and photographer, Jayne Wilson, is pleased to announce that her digital artwork, "Dance Like No One is Watching" earned a Special Merit Award in the Photography & Digital Art category in the 8th Annual "Figuratve" online art competition at the Light, Space & time Gallery in Jupiter, Florida. In addition, Jayne's piece entitled "Pas De Deux" earned a Special Recognition Award.
The gallery’s competition for March 2018 was the gallery’s 8th Annual "Figurative" Online Art Competition. 2D and 3D (including photography & digital) from around the world, were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallery’s April 2018 online group art exhibition.

Tomball area artist and photographer, Jayne Wilson, is pleased to announce that her digital artwork, "Autumn Farm Scene" earned fourth place in the Photography & Digital Art category, and seventh place overall, in the 5th Annual "Seasons" online art competition at the Light, Space & time Gallery in Jupiter, Florida. In addition, Jayne's piece entitled "Field of Bluebonnets" earned a Special Merit Award.
For August, the gallery conducted the 5th Annual Seasons Online Art Competition. 2D and 3D artists (including photography) from around the world were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallerys September 2016 online group art exhibition.

Artist JAYNE WILSON of TOMBALL, TEXAS has received an Award of Excellence and three Special Recognition Awards in the "18th Annual Collage, Digital & Mixed Media Juried Online International Art Exhibition.hosted by Upstream People Gallery of Omaha, Nebraska.
This international exhibition received approximately 100 art entries from around the world and 19 artists were selected by the juror Laurence Bradshaw, Professor Emeritus of Art at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, U. S. A.
Professor Bradshaw states the following about this specially recognized work:
"'JAYNE WILSON of Tomball, Texas is a star digital artist as seen in all her works. These were all created using digital models, textures and lighting in the digital program DAZ 3D.

Tomball area digital artist Jayne Wilson is proud to announce that five of her artworks have been accepted into the 18th Annual Collage, Digital and Mixed Media Juried Online International Art Competition at the Upstream People Gallery. The competition is open to all artists worldwide with collage, digital, mixed media artwork or a combination thereof, in all media, genre, processes and forms.
Juror for the art competition is Laurence Bradshaw, Professor Emeritus of Art & Art History, University of Nebraska Omaha; Juror of over 300 exhibitions; exhibited in over 350 one-person, national, invitational and international exhibitions and recipient of well over 200 art awards and citations. Recently his work was digitally exhibited in a special installation at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
The exposition will debut on May 1, 2016.

December 3, 2015 -- Tomball artist Jayne Wilson is proud to announce that two of her pieces recently earned awards in the 5th Annual Animals Art Competition at the Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery.
In November the gallery conducted the 5th Annual Animals Online Art Competition. 2D and 3D artists (including photography) from around the world were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallerys December 2015 online group art exhibition. The Animals theme was considered to be any art which depicted mammals, birds and any animals that live in the water for inclusion into this art exhibition.

Digital artist Jayne Wilson is proud to announce that her artwork entitled Boudoir Reflections earned an Honorable Mention in the 4th Annual All Women art competition organized by Light, Space and Time Art Gallery, Jupiter, Florida.
2D and 3D women artists from around the world were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallerys March 2015 online group art exhibition. This art competition had an open theme, for women artists only and the submission process and competition for the artists began in January 2015 and concluded on February 24, 2015.
Jaynes entry to the competition is a 3D digital rendering, created in DAZ 3D, of a vintage boudoir scene where a beautiful girl sits at a dressing table mirror brushing her hair. The original digital rendering was then sepia-toned to give it a vintage feel.

June 1, 2014 -- Tomball area photographer, Jayne Wilson, is happy to announce that her photograph, "Lake Tahoe Through the Trees" earned a special recognition award in the 2014 "Landscapes" art competition, organized by Light, Space and Time Art Gallery, Jupiter, Florida.
The Landscapes theme was considered to be any art which depicted the natural world, outdoor scenery, geographical environments and related landscape subjects for inclusion into this art exhibition.
This art competition and the submission process and competition for the artists began in April 2014 and concluded on May 27, 2014. The gallery received 587 entries from 18 different countries from around the world, including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Columbia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, United Kingdom and the Ukraine. Digital artist Jayne Wilson has been accepted in to the "Hey Brother Where Is Thou Art?" art show, at JoMar Visions, 902 Hardy St., Houston, Texas 77020, from noon to 7 pm on Saturday, July 20th.
"Hey Brother, Where is Thou Art?" is everything Americana. Reflections of the open road; old time music; an abandoned truck in the middle of the desert. From the old; remnants of days gone by, beacons of the old days, railroads... to the new; modern cities, flag-waving patriots and flying cars.
Whatever built this country, whatever is left, and what is here now, that is Americana. The art of America portrays many facets of a historically rich and ever-changing nation, land and people. The issues, whether political, historical or mystical, all blend together to create this patch-work quilt that we call the US of A.

Digital artist Jayne Wilson is pleased to announce that her artwork entitled "Dance with Me" earned a Special Recognition Award in the 2013 "Figurative" international juried Art Competition organized by the Light, Space and Time Gallery, Jupiter, FL. The competition received 592 entries from 23 different countries from around the world. Artists were asked to give their interpretation of the figurative theme for the gallerys June 2013 online art exhibition. Figurative subjects were to be figures, forms and faces for inclusion into this art competition. Jayne's entry "Dance with Me" is a romantic scene of a couple in formal wear, dancing closely, inspired by Jack Vettriano's "Dance Me to the End of Love" . All winning entries will now be featured on the Light Space & Time website for the month of June 2013 and thereafter, the artworks and links to the artists websites will remain online in the Light Space & Time Archives.

Digital artist Jayne Wilson is pleased to announce that her artwork entitled "Autumn Companions" earned a Special Recognition Award in the 2012 "Seasons" international juried Art Competition organized by the Light, Space and Time Gallery, Jupiter, FL. The competition received 401 entries from 131 artists, from 13 different countries from around the world.
Artists were asked to interpret and depict the four distinct times of year, along with scenes and activities associated with those seasons. Jayne's submission depicts a man and his dog relaxing on a hillside, watching the turning of the leaves in the autumn landscape below.
All winning entries will now be featured on the Light Space & Time website for the month of December 2012 and thereafter, the artworks and links to the artists websites will remain online in the Light Space & Time Archives.

Digital artist Jayne Wilson is pleased to announce that her artwork entitled "Heartland" earned fourth place in the Digital Art and Photography category and seventh place in the Overall Winning Artists category in the second annual "Countryside" international juried Art Competition organized by the Light, Space and Time Gallery, Jupiter, FL.
The competition received 455 entries from 140 artists, from 12 different countries from around the world.
Artists were asked to submit their best Countryside art with their best interpretation of this theme by depicting rural living, rustic charm, the outdoors and pastoral scenes in their submissions. Jayne's winning submission takes the viewer back in time to a rural setting in the heartland of America.
